I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room upgrade to the executive suite was a nice touch, especially with our wedding event at the Grand Acacia Ballroom, but the bathroom needs significant improvements as it appeared aged and with several broken fixtures. The space in the room was adequate, though.
I must say, my stay was really amazing! The service I received was the warmest and most welcoming I have ever encountered, making me feel truly at home. The location was outstanding, close to everything you could need, but the tight space was a bit of a downside.
The hotel had a good view of Alabang from the 16th floor, but room readiness and keycard issues caused inconvenience. The rooms are not fully soundproof, affecting privacy. Strategic location near shopping centers, but the water service was tight.
The hotel is superbly located just off the Skyway to Makati Airport, within walking distance of two large malls. The rooms are exceptionally clean, especially the bathroom equipped with a big bathtub. While the dining experience might not be top-notch, everything else during the stay was excellent, with friendly and accommodating employees.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very nice, big, clean, and overwhelming. However, it was a smoking room, which I didn't prefer. The service was top-notch with the staff being very helpful and courteous, especially the lady at the cash register who arranged my son's early morning breakfast pick-up. The location was perfect for exploring Alabang, right in front of Jollibee and Mc Donald's. The dining experience was excellent, though a bit chaotic due to high usage. Overall, a great stay!
The hotel offers first-class rooms, but lacks a hair dryer. The service is very accommodating, although a towel charge seemed unfair. The location is great for exploring Alabang but can be noisy. The dining experience provides a good variety for Asian and Western guests. The facilities are well-equipped and modern.
